Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship within 24 hours
- Recipient's signature is required for all orders over $250
- Free freight (where indicated) may not be available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Free freight (where indicated) may not apply to heavyweight or oversize products and same day delivery service.
- Items over 25 lbs or items that appear with 0 lbs weight are oversize items. The customer will be allowed to complete the checkout process without including the shipping cost. Actual shipping cost will be charged at time of shipping and might appear as a separate charge or included in the total charge on the customer's credit card statement.
- We cannot ship to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please use a freight forwarder
- For some products that cannot be shipped via standard shipping methods, we may select a carrier other than the one selected by the customer.
International customers:
- We only ship to select countries. Minimum order for International shipping is $2,000. Please contact our customer service to check availability. For smaller orders, we can ship to freight forwarders. International customers could expect a few days delay to verify payment and address information
- All international customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or local taxes if applicable to the shipment.
Order Cancellation:
- If you must cancel an order for any reason and your order has not shipped yet then call customer service immediately and we will cancel the transaction. If the order has shipped already then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. In this case, you will not be refunded the original shipping charges for that order. We reserve the right to charge you the appropriate shipping fees for products advertised with free shipping if you refuse delivery.
- In order to be eligible for a full refund (less S&H charges), product must be in resalable condition (no stickers, markings, etc.), complete, and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped.
Product returns:
- All product returns must meet Alexandria General Supply’ return policies in order to issue a Returns Authorization.
- We will not accept any product returns without an RA (Return Authorization). Please contact customer service to obtain an RA within 20 days of receipt of your order. We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns.
- RAs are valid for 10 days after being issued. The product must be returned within that time frame.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) merchandise will be replaced with the same product only. DOA claims should be reported within 20 days of receipt of your order.
- All returns are subject to an 18% re-stock fee.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The customer is responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse and all shipping costs. Customer must use a traceable shipping method for returns (i.e. UPS, FedEX)
- Product must be in the original box with all packing materials and accessories intact and in a “like new” shape.
- All orders for custom-built products cannot be cancelled or returned
- Some products are non returnable.
